What to expect at your portrait shoot…

First of all I will listen to your thoughts… Give me a call or drop me an e-mail. (Don’t worry if your minds a blank, my little brain is bursting with ideas.) I like to find out a little about you, the kind of things you love and from there we will decide on a lovely location.

Where will we go?

We will go outdoors to somewhere you love…

The top of a hill.

Deep in a wood.

In your own garden.

On an autumnal walk.

Your local park.

Beside a beautiful lake.

In a field full of wild flowers.

Anywhere you like… You can choose somewhere that means something to you or just somewhere you love. It really can be anything from somewhere out in the country to a graffiti covered urban landscape. Don’t worry if you’re stuck for ideas, I am here to help!

Little ones

What should I wear?

Your favourite T-shirt.

A warm furry hat.

The wellies that have jumped in many puddles before.

That summer dress you love.

Your striking red coat.

This is probably the question I get asked most and my answer… Anything! Wear something you feel really great in, something you feel comfortable in and don’t forget I photograph outside so take into consideration the great british weather when choosing… and who says you need to have just one outfit. As many or as few as you like.

On the day of your shoot…

We will meet either at your home or maybe a cafe somewhere. I like to have a chat first, maybe a cup of tea, we can spend a bit more time getting to know each other. I find then everyone is much more relaxed.

After your shoot…

I aim to have your photos ready for you to see 2 weeks after your shoot. I will come to your home and show you a lovely slideshow of your images from there you can pick which product options are best for you.

How much will it cost?

I charge £50 for the shoot.

This includes my time on the day of your shoot (…a couple of hours, half a day, a full day as long as you need) as well as the viewing of your images a week or 2 later.

What are the product options?

A disc of the photos from your viewing… £150.

A USB stick of the photos from your viewing… £175
